The Pickled Chef is purchasing new equipment to increase production! The Pickled Chef is Western PA’s number one producer of artisanal, all natural, small-batch pickles, pickled vegetables, sauces and condiments, jam and jellies, raw fermented Kimchi, sauerkrauts, Bloody Mary Mix, hot sauce and new line of fresh dressings. The Pickled Chef is a family-owned business born of a love of the food industry and a passion for creating timeless flavors. Their products are hand packed and processed using Chef Greg Andrew's uniquely created recipes featuring the highest quality ingredients and local produce whenever possible. Their customers are characterized as “foodies” who love and understand high-quality, small-batch food. Many of their older customers remember preserving and canning with parents or grandparents at a young age. These experiences and memories gives them an appreciation for the time and craftsmanship that is put into each jar. The Pickled Chef's Millennial and Gen Y customers love to support local, family-owned and operated businesses who demonstrate sustainable production. Presently, The Pickled Chef has over four dozen products in our line. Some signature products include Dill and Bread & Butter Pickles, Pickled Red Beets, and other Seasonal Vegetables, Apple Maple Bourbon and Tomato Jams, Dill Pickle and Srirarcha Hot Honey Mustard, Wigle Whiskey Barrel Aged Hot Sauce, Bloody Mary Mix and Fermented KimChi and a variety of flavored Sauerkrauts. In 2024, The Pickled Chef began producting single serve heat sealed fresh pickle snacks
