Our Story We didn’t set out to start a laundry business—we set out to create relief. As a married couple raising two young kids, juggling work, diapers, deadlines, and dinner, we knew firsthand how heavy the invisible load can be. When we moved to Bainbridge Island, we fell in love with the pace of life—but noticed so many people still drowning in day-to-day responsibilities. So we turned a simple idea—wash, fold, repeat—into something bigger: a way to give time back, one load at a time. We started out of our home, hand-labeled bags, wrote thank-you notes by hand, and listened to what our neighbors really needed. Today, we’re not just doing laundry—we’re making people’s weeks easier, and building a local business grounded in integrity, joy, and service. Our sustainable practices, unmatched care, and hometown heartbeat are what drives us. After working late nights and rotating loads around the clock we’re ready to grow. We’ve mapped every dollar of this raise with intention—covering machines, plumbing and electrical work, initial rent, startup equipment, and a cushion to support labor and operations through the transition.
