LafayetteRaceway.com plans to provide the residents of Greater Lafayette Indiana, and visitors to the Purdue University twin cities, a safe, social gathering place to experience wholesome family entertainment, enjoy quality time with friends, relatives, and co-workers while sharing a meal in a unique comfortable setting. The LafayetteRaceway.com "Your Family Fun Park" plans to be located just minutes from Interstate I-65 on a main North-South thoroughfare on the east side of the City. Snyder Entertainment Group, LLC, the Founding Member, has purchased the iconic “Hour Time” Clock and plans to relocate it to the Park. Mark & Monte Snyder have created significant "Buzz" by not disclosing who purchased the Historic Clock or what the plans are for the Iconic Antique. They plan to build a 30-foot tower featuring a 4-sided, 12-foot digital billboard to advertise the goings on at the Park. Our hook line is "Hour Time" is Fun Time. Mark & Monte spent many years in the "Family Fun" business early in their careers managing several Putt-Putt mini golf courses around Indiana, including locations in Indianapolis, Merrillville and the two in Lafayette. Unfortunately, they didn't own the land, and when the properties were sold the businesses were forced to close. Although successful in other careers, the brothers never lost their fondness for the "fun business". Understanding Lafayette's desperate need for a wholesome family entertainment venue, the twins were led to develop this plan for LafayetteRaceway.com, "Your Family Fun Park. The Park, when completed, plans to include an outdoor 1,000-foot family electric go-kart track with indoor pit area for kart storage and charging with a 300’ indoor slick track. The venue should also feature 54 holes of mini golf with 18 of those hole being indoors, 12 Spin Zone Bumper Cars, Tactical Laser Tag, Outdoor Batting Cages, and a large arcade including a Lazer Maze with numerous other interactive amusements. This will also include a Golf Simulator for training and playing on legendary courses; the “Hour Time” Sports Pub, Wine Bar and Bakery Cafe with Pizza and other concessions; and ultimately the resurrected full service “Hour Time” Restaurant and Bar. The bar will be complete with alfresco dining overlooking the lake. This time we plan to own the land and we want you to join us as an Owner!
