The condom is one of the most-used devices to prevent pregnancy and the transmission of many STDs, according to SexEd Library. Very little has changed in its overall design for centuries. We believe the Galactic Cap will change people's understanding of the traditional condom and society's use of condoms forever. We've designed, developed and patented a new take on the condom. It fits safely and securely on the head of the penis, leaving the coronal ridge and shaft exposed for more skin-to-skin contact, more sexual pleasure, and ultimately more condom usage. Already, we've raised over $100,000 on IndieGoGo from men and women who've been waiting for a different solution in bed. Only 20% of men in developed countries wear condoms. Why Because condoms are uncomfortable and get in the way of a full sexual experience. But with our new design, we are confident that percentage will change. According to Global Industry Analysts, 27 billion condoms are sold every year. In our first three years of production, we aim to acquire 5% of the global condom market (1.35 billion units sold). We believe that by increasing condom usage (by increasing pleasure), we can tackle many issues such as unplanned pregnancy, overpopulation, and HIV. Ultimately, our goal is to change how people perceive condoms and to heighten sexual awareness and safety!
