About the offering

Highlights Formally-trained chef with Michelin experience. Featured in write-ups in NYC’s Hellgate magazine and Eater, with visits from influencers like Rob Martinez. What We Do Showcasing authentic CDMX carnitas in NYC by going from pop-up to brick-and-mortar. A gringo and a chilanga had a dream to make the most delicious tacos that would transport eaters back to Mexico with every bite. Thus Beto's Carnitas was formed, largely as a passion project that stemmed from an inability to find true, authentic Michoacán carnitas. Originating as a pop-up, co-owners and chefs Tahiz and Connor have shown public demand for their tacos, tortas and more. Now it's time to find a permanent home to present their Mexico City-style taqueria format. They are expanding into NYC after months of successful popups. Use of Funds Raised Construction of retail space, equipment and initial start-up costs. The concept will be leveling up to stand on its own and give patrons a place to come any day of the week. Beto's Carnitas is offering debt-based securities under Regulation CF (“Reg CF”) through Honeycomb Portal LLC (“Funding Portal”).
