Shaky Hands Coffee Shop is built on a foundation of experience, innovation, and community recognition. Our previous venture, Daily Dose Cafe, became a beloved staple for patients and employees at Geisinger Grays Woods, known for bringing comfort and quality coffee to the healthcare community. Use of Funds Raised These purchases will significantly enhance our business by improving efficiency, customer experience, and overall operations. Upgrading to a new espresso machine and coffee brewer will help us keep up with high-demand periods, ensuring faster service and higher-quality beverages. Adding an under-the-counter fridge beneath the espresso machine will give baristas easy access to essential ingredients, streamlining workflow. Beyond functionality, we are also investing in the shop's atmosphere. A statement couch at the entrance, along with eclectic seating and real cups, will create a warm, hometown coffee shop feel—something we haven’t been able to offer in our previous locations. Additionally, the working capital will provide crucial financial support, allowing us to pay our coffee and food vendors for the first month, offer well-earned raises to our manager and supervisor, hire and train new staff, and experiment with new recipes.
