About the offering

The Story of Asgard Brewing - 1 Revenues of $60K per month in a 400-square-foot taproom. 2 Current margins are 60.5%, which could get as high as 85% when our own brewing space goes operational. 3 Accounts with more than 25 Tennessee bars and restaurants within 40 miles of Nashville. 4 We have a 4.9 rating on Facebook and a 4.5 rating on Yelp. 5 Named one of the best new breweries in Tennessee by Thrillist in 2016. 6 Plans for two new taprooms in Columbia, including a 20-barrel system that allows us to brew our own beer. Our Ambition - Tennessee's alcohol laws have a regulation that stipulates breweries can only sell their product inside their own county. Instead of expanding by relying on distributors, we're going to build more taprooms, therefore expanding distribution. With 2 more taprooms scheduled to launch, including a local location with a 20-barrel system that lets us brew our own beer, we'll soon have one of the largest brewery footprints in Tennessee.
