Regulation Crowdfunding – Digesting the Final Rules

 

On October 30, 2015 the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) voted in favor of the final rules for Regulation Crowdfunding that will enable all investors the opportunity to invest in private companies in the United States.  This concludes the work that we at CCA began in 2010 and helped usher through Congress.
